...You did not say where you were living or where you want to go. First of all, have you ever been to the other country that you love? If not, how do you know you'll love it when you get there?

You also did not say what you hate about your country. The weather? The governmental policies? The lack of opportunities?

Unless you are living in some war torn, poverty-stricken, plague infested, starvation-ridden, despotic hell-hole of a country, the problem may be you and not your country. Perhaps you can find something about your country worth liking and work towards changing that which you don't like.

Or you could always jump the border and come to the U.S.

That depends highly upon which country you hate and which you love, and then you must research the laws of both of those countries as pertaining to citizenship For example, to become a citizen of the U.S.A. you would need to Fill out a Declaration Of Allegience, and Apply for a Writ of Habeas Corpus as Subjiciendum. However these must usually be done once inside the US. Therefore you would need to find out why the embassy will not give a greencard, or find some otherway to come to that country such as on a travel or student visa. If that fails you might have to do some research and find another country that you can move to for a time and become a citizen of and then later move from there to the country that you really want to be a citizen of, however this approach might take up to fifteen years to get you to the country you love, if ever, but at least you would be out of the country you hate. If you can not obtain a greencard/visa due to crimes that you committed in the past, then just forget about it your probably stuck where you are.

You will have to go through the process of the country that you want to become a citizen of in order to leave the country you hate.
