uk or usa?

Y aint there any1 from the uk on yahoo :-( i seem 2 be on my own is there any1 from uk or even wales? theres so many americans on here x no offence americans are gr8 they'r the most loveliset people going but no1 ere from uk :-( xxx

i'm american but live half time in england. there are more americans on this site because america is a large country with many more people than the uk. you're not alone here, lots of people from the uk use this site too.

I think it has something to do with the fact that there are more Americans than there are Britons. The US has nearly 300 million people compared with the UK's 60 million and while I can't find the site now there was a survey taken a few years back that found out Americans spend more time chatting online than their European counterparts. So really, it's just that the US has more people that are more willing to spend their day online than the UK does.
