Swansea is located in South Wales, about 40 or 50 miles west from Cardiff. Easily accessible from the M4 Junctions 44, 45 and 46. You can find out about this place easily by typing 'Swansea' in Google or Yahoo! Search.
I could give you directions to Norfolk Street, but that would take aages!
But, I could give you a link to a website that shows where Norfolk Street is and you could find out how to get there. Bear in mind that many parts of Swansea is now one way, so many maps may not be up to date!
If you don't already know, I would also advise to find out which number of the street your friend lives in. I think that there are at least 100 houses there!
Go to www.maporama.com and type in the details of the address in the relevant boxes and click search. It should be displayed by a map, which you can zoom in and out and move in any direction. By using this, you should be able to find your way around quite easily!
Good luck in finding it!

Swansea is in Wales, one of the prettiest parts of GB incidentally.
If you want to find out about Swansea go to www.swansea.gov.uk If you type in the Postal Code into the Swansea Search box then you will find a little about the area.
